How long does it take to learn?

Most users are comfortable after a 30-minute training. We help you set up your firm, items and opening balances.

Does it work in Hindi?

Yes. Use Bilnova AI in Hindi or English, and ask Munshi AI questions in either language.

Which computers does it run on?

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) with at least 4 GB RAM. Mobile access is available for checking sales and dues.

Windows shows a warning when I open the setup. What do I do?

Click 'More info' and then 'Run anyway'. If you are unsure, call us and we'll guide you.

I downloaded it but can't find the file.

Open your browser's Downloads (Ctrl + J) and look for BilnovaAI-Setup.exe. You can also use 'Download again' on our website.

How do I activate my license?

After purchase, our team or your partner activates the license with your mobile number. Call 98384 76100 for help.

What is AMC?

Annual Maintenance Contract — updates and support after the first year. Ask us for current AMC terms.

Is it GST ready?

Yes. It makes GST bills, shows output tax, input credit and net payable, and prepares reports you can share with your CA.

Can I send reports to my CA?

Yes. GST, ledger and P&L reports can be shared on WhatsApp in one click.

What can Munshi AI answer?

Questions about your own data — today's sale, a party's dues, low-stock items, tax payable — in Hindi or English.

Is my data safe?

Bilnova AI takes regular backups. Our team helps you restore data if your computer has a problem.
